Before Toby's Milkbar was a sandwich bar, it was just two brothers - Larson & Loranz - reviewing food around Sydney as Sydney Food Brothers.
Tucked away in an industrial pocket of Prestons, the empty car park became Toby's Milkbar — a proper sandwich bar with raw concrete walls, bold street-style murals, bright colours, and big personality.
Stacked subs, focaccia slabs, loaded bagels, toasties, and PHAT burgers — made fresh, packed with flavour. Shakes and coffee on the side.
And we don't just stay in Prestons. Toby's 2.0 trailer rolls out for birthdays, corporate events, school functions, and private parties ... bringing the sandwiches straight to you.
